Mozambique: Kenmare plans to extract strategic monazite ore in Nampula

Kenmare expects to produce and export at least 4,000 tonnes of Mozambique’s strategic mineral monazite annually, the company said, adding that it intends to begin the licensing process for its extraction with the Mozambican Government.
